SHOP POLICY
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-
Shipping Disclaimer:
All plants are shipped at the buyer’s risk. While we carefully package every order to the best of our ability, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit or by customs. Refunds are not provided for such cases. Please note that customs authorities have the right to open and inspect packages before they are delivered to you. -
International Plant Shipping:
All plants are shipped either with roots or bare-root. Cuttings, however, will not have roots. Some plants may experience yellowing or leaf loss during transit—this is unavoidable. Typically, new leaves will grow within one month. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for yellowing or fallen leaves. -
Phyto Certificate Responsibility:
If the customer chooses not to obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate, they assume full responsibility for any issues that arise due to the customs regulations in the destination country. This includes shipments being held by customs due to local import laws. -
Customs Regulations:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their country’s customs regulations. We are not responsible for any issues arising from customs restrictions, including confiscation of goods. -
Shipping and Customs Issues:
We are not liable for delays, inspections, withholding, confiscation, or any damage caused by weather during the shipping or customs clearance process. -
Lost Packages:
Our garden takes responsibility only in the event that the package is lost during shipping. -
Compensation for Damaged Plants:
If a plant is completely damaged upon arrival due to reasons unrelated to weather or shipping delays, we will compensate 70% of the plant’s value. Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided. Compensation will be applied to your next order. -
Refund Policy:
Refunds apply only to the plant’s price and do not include shipping costs. If this policy is not agreeable, please reconsider placing an order. Photographic evidence must be submitted within one (1) day of receiving the goods to qualify for a refund or compensation.
