Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the seller within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Note: Customers may be charged PayPal processing fees for order cancellations.

Refund Policy
We care deeply about our plants and package them with love. Before shipping, we provide detailed photos of the plants, including their roots, to ensure you are informed about their condition.

  1. No Exchanges or Refunds

    • All sales are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be provided.
  2. UPS Express Shipping

    • Refunds apply only if the plants arrive within 5-12 days and are completely dead (no green parts and fully rotted).
    • If the transit time exceeds 12 days, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
    • In qualifying cases, 60% of the cost of the deceased plants will be refunded. Shipping and phytosanitary certificate costs are non-refundable.
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the plants, providing clear photo or video evidence.
  3. Air Cargo Shipping

    • Refunds apply only if the plants arrive completely dead (no green parts and fully rotted).
    • In such cases, 70% of the cost of the deceased plants will be refunded.
    • For lost packages, 70% of the plant cost (based on the commercial invoice provided to customs) will be refunded. Shipping and phytosanitary certificate costs are non-refundable.
    • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the plants, providing clear photo or video evidence.
  4. EMS Shipping

    • No refunds will be issued for any cases involving EMS shipments.
  5. Important Notes for Plant Importers

    • Please understand that plants are shipped bare-root and may endure extended transit times. Some sensitive plants may not arrive in the exact condition as shown in the pre-shipment photos.
    • Plants may require recovery upon arrival. Kindly provide them with proper care, patience, and love to help them thrive.
